At Pet World, we're committed to getting your pet's essentials to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery options.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days)
Cost: £4.95 or FREE on orders over £50
Our most popular option for regular deliveries across the UK.

Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days)
Cost: £9.95
Perfect when you need items urgently.

Next Day Delivery
Cost: £12.95
Order before 2:00 PM for next business day delivery (Monday-Friday only).

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

Please note that delivery to remote areas, highlands, and islands may require additional time and may incur extra charges. These will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number to monitor your delivery
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery Instructions

During checkout, you can provide special delivery instructions, such as:

  • Safe place to leave parcels
  • Preferred neighbour for delivery
  • Access codes or gate information

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Most couriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the parcel to us.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@petworld.com or call +44 20 1234 5678. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss options.

Large or Heavy Items

Some items (such as large pet beds, crates, or bulk food orders) may require special delivery arrangements. Additional charges and extended delivery times may apply. These will be clearly indicated at checkout.
